absolutely wretched experience! the coffee machine didn’t work, and no kettle? ridiculous. needed instant coffee in cold water! surprisingly, air conditioning was anything but cool, terrible noise, wouldn’t sleep. expected at least a room upgrade for the inconvenience, but guess I’m just like everyone else here. almost thought of a good review, but just couldn’t.

I found the room lacking in cleanliness, with used soap left in the shower and hairs around the toilet. The coffee machine was non-functional, and the absence of a kettle made mornings frustrating. Additionally, the gym was poorly ventilated and too hot to use comfortably, adding to the overall discomfort during my stay.

Recommend it for business travelers

The staff was incredibly accommodating. they really made me feel welcomed during my brief stay! ! And the location was perfect, just a quick walk to so many restaurants and the main avenue.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable for the quality I got.

Residencias Filadelfia is a gem! The rooms are spacious and equipped with a complete kitchen, perfect for long-term stays. The location is superb, right by great dining spots!

I stayed in a Suite at Residencias Filadelfia, and the spacious layout was impressive. The kitchenette was well-equipped with essential appliances, making it easy to prepare meals during my stay. The location is also very convenient, as it's close to great dining options and right across from the World Trade Center, which was perfect for my work-related event.

The elevator was out of service during my stay, which was inconvenient.

I stayed in a Suite at Residencias Filadelfia and loved the spacious layout with the bedroom separated from the living area by a glass partition. The kitchenette was well-equipped, featuring a microwave, coffee machine, and even a dishwasher. The air conditioning kept me cool, and the flat-screen TV was perfect for relaxing after a day out.

The curtains couldn’t block the street light well.

The check-in process was super smooth and I loved the spacious and clean deluxe room I stayed in. I found time to unwind at the rooftop area and hit the small gym during my visit. A minor hiccup was the elevator being out of service, but it didn't ruin my experience at all! 😊
